So good that we have made it many more times just to proove to ourselves that we could. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I do not preheat the bowl, only the oven up to about 250 or 300F. By mid-day the oven is really cooking and can easily hit 350F. &lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I am just using the thin aluminum metal bowls that you see so often.
