Gluten Free Waffles and Pancakes

We have been getting good results using Bob's Redmill GF Biscuit and Pancake.

for waffles add a little extra egg (or egg substitute). they will get a little more "rise". Try coconut oil for the vegetable oil too. Around here the liquid oils go rancid before they get used up, while the coconut does not. Just melt a bit ahead of when you'll need it. Sundays are waffle day around here. Frozen blueberries from last years crop make a great addition
