I managed to distill quite a bit of alcohol from what was a pretty crappy fermentation that kept locking up on me. We have about 1 quart of 160 proof to play with and a half gallon of 80 proof.
It's awesome to hear about this. Any plans to use the "heads" to make biodiesel?

I'm under the impression that distilling is completely legal as long as it is not for human consumption or sale.
