I have been experimenting with new products for our store. The latest product we are considering a is caramel infused with mormon tea. Since this has a strong stimulating effecting I've been handing it out to friends for testing. Feedback is welcome.

I know very little about this, but I thought that ephedra-containing dietary supplements were illegal. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ephedra). I'm sure you're looked into it and are on the right side of the law, but I just didn't want you to get in trouble! Am I way off base?
Our local Mormon Tea does not contain ephedra just related alkaloids which are not illegal.
I thought that might be the case. Thanks for setting my mind at ease! :-)
Wendy, thank you so much for letting us try this!
The caramel itself was very tasty, on the first try I ate about 1/3 of the "wafer", the energy kick lasted about 4 hours before my levels dropped significantly. I never get the urge to sleep during the day but at that point I let my girlfriend drive for a couple of hours.
I tried a full wafer 2 days later and didn't have any noticeable energy drop all day. I was up and about without an energy crash at any point.
I watched my heart rate and it never moved off normal for me, and given I drink caffeine daily (but not on the days I tried the caramel) I was really impressed with the mindful and attentiveness I was experiencing without it.
Great little experiment, thanks again!
Its looking great product but i never heard about caramel ephedra. Could tell something more about this?
