A Super Time for Leeks

While much of the garden is sleepy, beige, dried out and lilted or frozen in place dormant, the leeks are still happily springing from the ground nearby carrot and parsnip tops that indicate treasures below. Tonight, risotto made with leeks, mushroom, home made romano cheese onion and organic chicken sausage. Oh la la.
