Ouch...Filled Up with Diesel
I forgot to fill up my Mercedes with diesel before the cold weather set in. This is a really issue for me because the car only had less than half a tank of B100 which has been a chunk of gel sitting in the fuel tank for the last two months. Today the temperature broke 60F so I was able to start the car and top off the stock tank with 10.5 gallons of biodiesel. Starting Chance should be a lot easier now.

I know that in Norway people with diesel cars install preheating on their cars since diesel and biodiesel freezes in the cold.
We have a little 300W oil pan heater. It's just a third party device with a big magnet and heating element that attaches to the bottom of the car. While this helps starting in cold temperatures it would still be destructive to drive on B100 during the winter months.
