@dkg we have been using 20 finger lengths of the plant for one liter if water. If you are going you are going to drink all that tea yourself i would reduce it to 10 finger lengths.

Also you can chew on individual nodules like a toothpick.

Got some stems from you. Do i just throw a few stems in a mug and add hot water? How many stems? How many cups should i limit myself to?
Thanks.

I bought some stems from you and wanted some advice on how to steep. I've been throwing 5 or 6 stems in a cup, adding hot water and then drinking. Am i doing this properly? Also, how many cups should i limit myself to per day?

Thanks

Hi Dodger,

Would you say that 5-6 stems is roughly a table spoon? I generally recommend 1 tablespoon per cup of tea. You can increase the dosage for stronger effects. I would limit yourself as soon as you notice any shaking, anxiety, sweating or tingling head. 2 cups a day seems like a reasonable quantitiy.
