Mikey had the good idea of keeping the sink on a low trickle to prevent frozen pipes. We have this one turned all the way to the hot water side to melt any existing freeze already in the pipe.

That worked for us in our last rental and I hope it was successful for you. Tonight's going to be even colder!
what about the cold water supply line? I have mine dripping with a little hot and a little cold.
We have both cold and hot on a trickle. However, our hot water line froze up so it's really just cold coming out.
