We smoked the tempeh over hickory shavings for about two hours which gave it a nice nutty taste.A touch of hot sauce made it more fun.

Is tempeh a taste you need to learn to enjoy?

Hi there -

I'm not sure if my last comment was somehow deleted in the ether of the internet before it reached you, so I am trying again. I'd like to buy 2 controllers assembled for my two new freezers that I am excitedly waiting to turn into refrigerators. I am in T or c for another week and I live just down the street from you, so I was hoping to relieve us both the burden of shipping and just pick them up. Should I still order through the "buy now" button? I hope this finds you well and enjoying the beautiful fall weather that seems to have finally arrived for good around here.

Cheers,
Monika

@monika we are gravelly this week. Oddly enough towards your home town. We will be back in TorC around October 24th.
