After five lovely days of rain we are now seeing mushrooms fruiting all around the garden. I have no idea what kind these are (guesses welcome), but they are the most common one we see each summer.

I can identify maybe 5, 6 types of mushroom, two of which are edible. But that's it. It's not my field of expertise at all.
The rule for wild mushrooms: When in doubt, don't touch them.
I'd take a look at the mycena.
