Munching on Yucca

A neighbor handed me a 1 gallon bag of yucca he picked from his yard during my morning walk with Sesame. I ate a few and shared them with the others at the dog park. The petals seem to be sweetest near the center and more bitter towards the outside. It is somewhat reminiscent to eating a artichoke.
