We just harvested our first winter kale. I used scissors to cut the tops off then soaked the leaves in a lime, chipotle, salt, onion powder and sesame oil marinade. This batch dehydrated in about five hours and was devoured in about five minutes.

this is the first time i saw 2what kale looks lik.
We're big fans of the goddess dressing for our kale chips. The key is a vitamix to make the tahini which I'm sure you guys have and if not will have soon.
Vitamix - check, we have a 5200.
Tahini - check, make our own for hummus in the vitamix.

Dressing:
¾ cups sesame tahini
¼ cup nama shoyu
½ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup water ~ more if needed
2 scallion
1 clove garlic
1 lemon, juiced
¼ t. sea salt
¼ cup fresh parsley
