"even if it were the last day on earth plant a tree" Martin Luther

Don't let Mikey's seeming enthusiasm fool you, he is far more excited about batteries than trees. I have to do a bit of cheerleading to get him on board. But we got our root bound dwarf into the ground so she can spread out. Apricot Tree Transplant

That quote is from Martin Luther not Martin Luther King. Great quote though!! Keep planting trees.

You may have put that tree a little too close to the house if it is a 30-60 ft variety The roots may give you problems in the future.

We were at the Sierra Soil and water Conservation District yesterday (TorC) and ordered some wind break trees and plants. We may need your expertise to plant some of these when they come in in April. In the mean time, I appreciate your quote! A tree is for a life time!

Heh, we stopped by Soil and Water this week as well. We will just be purchasing lavender and sage since they have secondary uses to us.
