This one was a real surprise today. Wendy and I were at a thrift store checking out some beat down doors. The owners wife handed us a mid sized mason jar with pumpkin bread then explained how it can sit on a shelf for years. We tried it and were blown away by how good it was. I guess you can bottle anything.
