I had to go to Albuquerque today and pickup some solar equipment. While I was in town I stopped by Trader Joes for some food. This artifact was disturbing. "Organic Southern Style GRITS".

what's so disturbing about about grits?
Actually there is nothing about grits themselves that is distrubing.
I find the stigma of southern foods like grits and the general use of lard amusing. Organic grits seemed like a oxymoron.
It has lard in it? Gross!
